DILI: Khunto’s General Advisor has called on opposition party Fretilin to help lobby the President of the Republic, Francisco Lu Olo Guterres, to “immediately” finalise the government’s incomplete ministerial cabinet.

Jose Naimori Bukar made the comment in parliament where he also called on Prime Minister Taur Matan Ruak to speak more openly about the process and engage with Guterres until a solution was found.

DILI: Members of Timor-Leste’s ruling coalition in parliament have voted not to reappoint Mari Alkatiri as President of the Oecusse Special Administrative Region (RAEOA), when his contract expires July.
