Approval to Cross Oecusse Border urged to help students in Dili access support during lockdown wait
DILI: More than 200 students from Oecusse living in Dili have lost access to financial support from families due to lockdown rules, student representative spokesperson Zeca Freadu said on Tuesday, warning that many are unable to pay rent and meet their basic needs.
