DILI: The Vice President of the Popular Liberation Party (PLP) has said President of the Republic Taur Matan Ruak will take over as head of the new political party when pressed on the party’s direction.
Speaking to journalists Friday, André da Costa Belo ‘L-4,’ said once Ruak ended his mandate as president on 20 May, PLP would set a national congress date and officially announce the out-going country president as head of PLP.
