He didn’t satisfied in NPs because the Opposition Party from CNRT, PLP and KHUNTO urged him to resign from the President of NPs.

But the Court has rejected the letter from the President of NPs to decide in court because the court don’t want to intervene the political.

According to the one member of official  court said this is the political issue so the better one  the National Parliament just overcome their problem in NPs only no need to decide in the court 

“National Parliament has the regiment because of that NPs can make the decision, the court don’t want to intervene the political, he said

In the same place the Administrator of Dili Court Duarte Tilman said, the court had sent back the letter of the President of NPs on 5 of January to solve in NPs, no need to decide in the court because this is the political issue. 

 The court not solved the problem political issue because its not the court is working, the court just solved about the juridical technique issue.

To respond this letter, the president of NPs said, he will make an appeal in the court because he feel very sad when the AMP attacked him to resign from his seat

“I may self as the President of National Parliament will submit again the letter to Court in the short time,’’ said Aniceto on Monday in NPs, Dili.

 He says I also get the pressure from Alliance Majority Parliamentary (AMP) to discuss the substitution letter and impeachment quickly because of that he decided to hand over the letter to the Court to decide in the court.

He says, had send an appeal letter on 3 of January to the court but until now still no answer from the court.  

 Meanwhile Fedelis Mangalhaes from PLP said until now the AMP never give the pressure to the President of NPs but we just urged our substitution letter that until now not discussed yet in NPs.
